This seriously pale rosé with its blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah is lightly textured with acidity and bright fruitiness. It has a lively aftertaste. 

Tasting Notes

Bright and shiny, powder pink color. Expressive, white fruits, white peach on the nose. Good length, freshness, raspberry, redcurrant, floral notes, exotic fruits on the palate.

Winemaker Notes

The Grenaches that make up this vintage bring it a lot of finesse, elegance and amplitude. The Syrahs and Cinsaults enrich it with aromas of fresh fruits like raspberry and pear. The best vines have been selected for the production of this flagship vintage!

Winemaker Notes

Salmon pink color, pale, rosé highlights.  Aromatic, feminine, flowers aromas, lilac aromas, raspberry aromas, passion fruit aromas, lychee aromas.  Fruity, delicate, tropical fruit hints, lychee hints, light body.

The combination of sandy-loam and limestone soils gives this wine tremendous lift and great structure without gifting it too much in body. Sand always seems to impart high and spirited aromas in wine. The aromatic and structured grapes, Grenache (55%) and Carignan (20%, one of my favorite underrated grapes) lead the charge, supported by Syrah (10%), Counoise (10%) and Mourvedre (5%).
