Winemaker Notes

The untouchable, deeply aromatic, and seductively complex XXI Amendment from Beau Vigne celebrating the repeal of the 21st Amendment!  Think blueberries, dark cherry, violets, incense, plums, and touch of blackcurrant leaf. It’s on the fuller side, with classic scaffolding from 42% Cabernet but it fleshes out to be as smooth as can be with super fine tannins in the finish.
