The Damoli 'Giago' Valpolicella Ripasso 2020 is a rich, full-bodied Italian red from Veneto, known for its complex notes of ripe cherry, plum, spice, cocoa, and earthy undertones, crafted using the 'Ripasso' method (re-passing wine over Amarone skins) for added depth and structure, resulting in a smooth, velvety wine with good tannins, excellent for pairing with grilled meats, game, and mature cheeses, showing great character for its vintage.
