Winemaker Notes

A pretty bright color, with lot of fine bubbles. A nose that evokes creamy coated with yellow fruit and dried fruit. A bright and subtle mouth. To offer with white fish or creamy dessert. But tradition is the champagne of festive aperitifs or with ceremony.  

Blend: 50% of Chardonnay and 50% of Pinot Noir

Locally produced , precise and delicate Champagnes.  The domain is located in Cramant , prestigious village 'Grand Cru' of the côte des Blancs.  Voirin – Jumel has been a family farm for 5 generations. Taking care of creating Champagnes worthy of the legendary Grand Cru terroirs. The family vineyard covers 13 hectars, harvested and pressed by us. Our vineyard approach is natural. 

It is not enough to have a Grand Terroir, you have to respect it.
