Winery Notes

Caroline is a 15th generation winemaker and one to keep an eye on!! Made with 25% new oak (perfect amount in my opinion). Pale lemon color with notes of lemon, white pear, bruised apple, cheese, honey, cedar, butter, and wet stone. The palate is dry, with medium+ acidity, medium body, and medium alcohol. Flavors of zesty lemon, rounded out by a smooth and creamy mid-palate. The finish is long, showing complexity and depth, finesse, and resilience, with plenty of aging potential. Outstanding quality.
