Sylvain Langoureau is one of the privileged owners of a premier cru vineyard in Saint Aubin. This wine region is located in the Côte de Beaune, on the west side of the famous Montrachet hill. According to insiders, the relatively unknown Saint Aubin has the same quality potential as the world-famous Chassagne and Puligny Montrachet. Naturally, the vineyard is exclusively planted with Chardonnay grapes and the yield in the vineyard is low (about 48 hectoliters per hectare).

After fermentation, about 20% of the harvest matures in new oak barrels. This is followed by assembly and aging in the bottle. It is a beautiful, elegant style burgundy of very high quality.
