Both ripe and fresh, this prototypical Macon chardonnay shows notes of lemon curd, lemon balm and licorice. Excellent balance on the moderately creamy palate, then a long lively and slightly flinty finish.

The 2021 Mâcon-Lugny Les Genièvres has a pale gold color. Its nose, rich and opulent, reveals floral, fruity and honey aromas. Round in the mouth, it presents a great freshness with notes of muscatel and honey.Pair with grilled fish, seafood, and Comté cheese.
