Winemaker Notes

In Mercurey, a village nestled in Burgundy on the famous Côte Chalonnaise, you find the Michel Julliot Estate, which is a family that is in its fourth generation. This white Burgundy is hand-harvested, fermented with natural yeasts with full bunches. Fermentation in barrel and then aged a further 12 months in oak - 20% of which was new.
