A lively Lambrusco full of a mixed bowl of red berried fruits. Just the right sparkling red wine to serve with your next plate of salumi. This comes from the area of Sorbara and the Lambruscos from this area render a ruby-colored sparkler. To open this unusual closer, slide the foil cutter of a wine key (or a butter knife) on the side of the metal clamp and gently pry it open.
