100% Nebbiolo (the name means secret vines because the wine laws in Italy for now do not allow for the name of the varietal to appear on the label for sparkling wines vinified with classic champenois method). Early harvest, 36 month on the yeasts, zero dosage. Bone dry, but rich and zesty. Fine mousse and long finish.

Straw-yellow in color, with light green reflections. The perlage is exceptionally fine and its fresh aroma recalls the yeast of bread crust. In the mouth it is very fresh, dry and persistent. Pairs well with shellfish, crab and lobster.

The VSQ symbol - Vino Spumante di Qualita - is used to denote sparkling wines with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a blend between two basic wines from two harvests.
