About the Winery

Maison Antech For six generations already, we are an independent family business
specialized in the elaboration of sparkling wines. Yearly we produce 950.000 bottles of
Crémant, Blanquette de Limoux and Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale. Our winery, where
tradition and modernity are going hand in hand, is located in Limoux, at the Domaine de
Flassian. Our wines are the expression of a delicate blend of our land, our grape varieties
Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac, and our traditional values.
We believe in an authentic and direct winemaking, with respect for our environment.
That’s why all our grapes come from vineyards conducted in agriculture durable.
