Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, puncheon fermented, and aged 32 months in 100% new French oak, it's medium-bodied, with a pure, graceful, layered mouthfeel, sweet, polished tannins, and outstanding length.

Winemaking Notes

The 2022 Dreamer opens with ethereal aromas of toasted almond, plum, and ripe fig, all accented by a mineral streak of crushed granite. A delicious undercurrent of dark chocolate adds richness and intrigue to the nose, while hints of dried herbs and leather contribute a savory dimension. On the palate, lush, finely woven tannins wrap around a core of ripe red fruit, all lifted by a bright and refreshing acidity that hones all of its soft edges. The finish lingers well into the night, not so much a conclusion, but an invitation to wander deeper into one’s own dreamscape.
