This Silvaner is our classic and goes well with many occasions.  

Franconia and Silvaner match together perfectly!  Also for us, Silvaner is the most important grape variety.  We offer different types of Silvaner wines - for each occasion and style the right wine.  

This Silvaner features a neutral bouquet but its taste is characterized by mineral notes giving the impression you're truly tasting the soil where the vines grew on.  This is typical for all Silvaners coming from the Wirsching estate.  It is a hearty wine with a fine fruit and light acidity.  Due to its unobtrusive character it is a perfect companion to various dishes.
