Winemaker Notes

Aromatic and yet crystal clear. Dried grass, ripe, crumbly apple, Nashi pear and delicate flowers. A mineral note on the palate reminiscent of flint. Light-footed and elegant, and yet it gets by with little acidity. And even more important: In combination with food, it knows how to assert itself and lingers surprisingly long on the palate with its fine aroma. A perfect aperitif or as an accompaniment to tapas and vegetable casseroles.

Color: Intense brilliant straw yellow.
Nose: Multi-layered with aromas of ripe apricot and
yellow apple, slightly exotic with green mango and light
honey notes in the background.
Palate: Powerful, dry structure, minerally, with salty
notes and a pleasant acidity, juicy and stimulating
with a long and persistent finish.
Pairing suggestions: Risotto with ceps, roast rabbit,
eggplant parmesan.
