Attractive nose with dark cherries and plums as well as hints of chocolate, ground spices and bark with some subtle floral undertones to it. Medium to full body. It’s compact and taut on the palate with polished tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. Focused and long. Try from 2028.

Winemaker Notes

It has delicate aromas of red cherries, liquorice with a hint of smokiness. The palate is intense showing notes of dried raspberry jam, mint, cedar and tobacco. Medium bodied, this wine has lifted aromatics and bright fruit.
