Tasting Notes

Straw yellow colour, pale, very bright. On the nose it displays aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and varietal aromas. In the mouth it is fresh and greedy, with a gentle swallow, silky and with a fragrant and long aftertaste. 

Ideal for any appetiser and seafood. Great with foie gras.

Winemaker Notes

On the Eea Island, the Circe palace was surrounded by lions and wolves. Her magic transformed men into the animals they really were. Only Ulysses escaped her enchantments and loved her passionately.

A different Verdejo from D.O. Rueda; coming from centennial vineyards, it is a great surprise when you move the glass towards your nose, fascinating your palate.
