The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon BenMarco from Los Árboles, Uco Valley was aged for 11 months in French barrels. A dark garnet red in the glass. The expressive aromas feature redcurrant, herbs, paprika and gentle roasted red pepper notes with a whiff of menthol. In the mouth, the tannins are reactive with a medium body and firm expression before the bold, flavorful finish.

Los Arboles is characterized by its stony soil that allows the plant to ripen early. BenMarco Cabernet Sauvignon is an outstanding wine with lingering flavors of currant, cassis and plum combined with a hint of spice and juicy acidity. Good structure, firm tannins and a persistent finish.
