Clos Pegase is renowned for its handcrafted collection of award-winning wines, sourced exclusively from their 410 acres of estate vineyards. Moderately denser purple-red in the glass. The wine opens to red plum, fig and cherry aromas. With each sip the drinker is rewarded with red fruits, a touch of vanilla, toasted coconut husk, cola and black cherry. The bright acidity helps direct the crunchy tannins to the front of the palate, the silky mid-palate delivers a mouth coating feel to the wine and helps drive the length and persistence.
