Nine different Gamay plots spread over the entire Moulin à Vent appellation make up this fruity and structured wine, with typical aromas of violet. A gentle vinification in semi-carbonic maceration, followed by aging in casks and barrels for six months, give this Moulin à Vent finesse and roundness.
