95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir. Glorious vanilla, peach and buttered apple aromatics. Roasted peach flavours billow across a core of hazelnut, cream, fig and Gala apple. Very long finish. A truly lovely wine that will keep on growing.

A long, elegant and complex Champagne that is showing lemon-peel, white-chocolate, jasmine, walnut and quince aromas. Hints of white truffle coming through. It’s persistent and evolving, with fine bubbles. Dry. Drink or hold.

Tasting Notes

Fine bubbles gush through the wine, bright with hints of the yellows and greens of springtime, and lit up with the sparkle of silvery moonbeams. A bewitching flavor of ripe hazelnuts surrounds the floral fragrance of honeysuckle, followed quickly by the delicate notes of crystalized mandarin orange peel.
