But with the 2001 let me suggest that you do nothing. Pour it neat. Take a sip. Let your mind expand.

The dry, persistent tannin and flavors of licorice, nougat and bitter cocoa are accompanied by aromas of fruit in spirits and chestnut, testifying to an evident and complex evolution, the child of a long life in oak barrels.
