Tasting Notes

The foam is creamy and dense, and the color is a bright straw yellow with brilliant greenish highlights. The nose expresses cleanliness and distinctiveness, with notes of pleasant intensity and excellent fruitiness. Initial aromas of pear and green apple pulp emerge, followed by hints of still-crunchy white peach and small spring flowers. The attack on the palate is crisp, savory, and fresh, with a base of white and yellow fruit, with underripe peach and pear emerging, along with apple and pear peel and pulp.

Excellent as an aperitif or throughout a meal; excellent with raw fish, fried shellfish and molluscs, Venetian cicchetti, spaghetti with seafood, and creamy, fresh goat or cow cheeses.
