Winery Notes:

It comes from our La Florita vineyard located in El Peral, in the department of Tupungato. This 0.5-hectare plot of land, and in El Peral, the Bonarda expresses attributes quite distinct from those typical of this variety. On the nose, fruity and creamy aromas are very seductive and appealing, and its color is intense and deep with violet hues and great brilliance. On the palate, it is pleasant and smooth but with great personality, long and pleasant.

Manual harvest, plus selection of grain and bunches. 100% destemmed, cold maceration for 24 hours, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Racking to 500-liter barrels for subsequent malolactic fermentation. 12 months aging in 500-liter French oak barrels, second and third use.
