Vinous

The Rose Mas la Chevaliere is a pretty pink with an amber hue. It lifts up with a burst of sweet spices settled by savory herbal tones and young peach hints. Soft, round, and pleasantly sweet, it posseses juicy acidity to motivate its crisp orchard fruits. This finishes a bit short, leaving a salty tinge as sour citrus notes fade. 

Winemaker Notes

Mas La Chevaliere Rose is a pale rose color with purple hue. Freshly crushed red fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate, flavours of raspberry and redberry combined with fresh acid and lively mouthfeel.

Blend: 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Cinsault
