Light salmon in color, the 2024 Mi Mi en Provence Reserve Rosé opens with delicate notes of aromatic spice and sun-warmed stones. On the palate, it is firm yet graceful, gliding smoothly with a quiet intensity. Its purity and poise make it an ideal match for grilled scallops. 

Wine Enthusiast

Aromas of ripe peach and bubblegum with pops of white flowers and the ever present Provence minerality define the nose of this wine. The palate is fruity and fresh with notes strawberry and and peach that lead to a lively bitter peppery finish.

Tasting Notes

MIMI en Provence rosé has a pale pink color with melon reflections. On the nose, floral, powdery notes with fruity aromas of yellow fleshed fruit. The palate is elegant with a nice
tangy freshness. Nice length at the end.

Perfectly accompanies an octopus salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grilled rock fish, red mullet and sea bream, as well as a Tagliatelle with Bolognese. It can also be very well appreciated as an aperitif.

About the Wine

MIMI is an affectionate Provenial nickname and a common term of endearment. The "MIMI en Provence" brand was created by Vins Breban company in December 2014. Highlighting the winemaking expertise of Vins Breban, MIMI en Provence is the product of only the best rose wines produced in partnership with different provençal wineries. The presentation of the wine is marked its elegant bottle, its distinctive glass stopper.

Winery Notes

Vins Breban is one of the last family owned companies producing artisanal sparkling and still wines in the South of France. The House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has been producing and supplying a wide range of wines of varying styles and aromas to restaurants and retail distributors since 1952. The grand-father, Raymond, started elaborating sparkling wine in his garage in 1942. He has then decided to add a full range of wines from Provence. Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality.
