This estate, part of the French government's wine research program, is performing at a high level. This second wine is 90% Sauvignon Blanc, a fresh and crisp wine with green fruits and citrus acidity. The wood aging adds some spice. Drink the wine from 2023.

Winemaker Notes

A rich, white, dry Bordeaux that spent 9 months aging in cask on the lees. The vines are planted on soils full of gravel, clay and liimestone. An optimal wine to enjoy alongside buttered gnocchi.
