About the Terroir

The Manchuela region, located in southeastern Spain, benefits from high-altitude vineyards and a Mediterranean-influenced climate, with warm days and cool nights that help retain acidity in the grapes. The limestone-rich, clay soils contribute to the wine’s minerality and structure, while the sunny growing season enhances the natural fruit intensity of the Bobal grape.
