Winemaker Notes

Grown in Lodi, this wine is true to its name and is very "inky" in color while displaying leathery chocolate and cherry notes. Big and savory, the finish is long, and licorice inspired.

Tasting Notes

Most notably used in Bordeaux style blends, this 2022 Petit Verdot makes an enticing statement all on its own. Deep midnight in the glass, aromas of blackberry and dark cherry mingle with hints of fig preserves. Complemented by powerful full-bodied richness and voluptuous plum, dark cocoa and toasted caramel flavors, this wine is framed by a prolonged and complex finish.
