Pierre's wonderfully crafted Pinot Gris is a sublime joy. Lifted, aromatic, complex with notes of quince, mirabelle plum, spice, anise. Wonderful texture, deep fruit, spice and a mineral depth. This is a wonderfully complex Pinot Gris that has such a wonderful depth and great balance, it is simply magnificent!

Perfect with Cantonese style dishes and equally delicious with with pate de foie gras.
