Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this is a light and easy Pet-Nat that is also noticeably aromatic.

A combination of white peach and apricot fruit hit the palate first. Characteristics of white peach serve as the tannins for the wine, more stone fruit comes out on the finish.
