Pale yellow in color with greenish-silver highlights, this wine opens with top notes of white flowers, reveals a heart of pineapple, and finishes with a flinty minerality.

Pair with white meat, mushroom pie, aged goat cheese.

About the Wine

Jean-Marc Brocard is one of the leaders in biodynamic wines in Chablis. This old-vine wine is sourced from low yielding vines (planted just after WWII). Full bodied and richly textured, superior to many Premier Cru wines.
