Winemaker Notes

A full-bodied dry white from 7 different parcels across Puligny-Montrachet, with vines averaging 44 years of age. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, of which 20% were new. Rich, yet racy and fresh, with white flowers, stone fruits and sweet spice aromas. Pair with monkfish in garlic and herb butter.
