Winemaker Notes

This wonderful, crisp, rich and rounded Chablis is crafted by a winemaking family whose estate was founded in 1707. The chardonnay grapes used see time on their fine lees alongside malolactic fermentation in barrel to produce a seductive Chablis with notes of lemon posset, yellow fruit, a peachy roundness on the palate and perfect acidity keeping the wine fresh and vibrant.
