We find a classic southern Rhone blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre in our Vinsobres. With this blend and giving the altitude of the vines we obtain the signature taste of freshness and finesse. The terroir will allow us to have very smooth yet powerful tannins. The emblematic blackcurrant and violet notes of the Syrah are easy recognizable in this blend. The wonderful alliance between these 3 grapes gives us an astonishing balance of complexity and a long persistency. Pairs well with grilled or slightly charred meat, lamb cutlets and hard cheeses.
