Another beautiful wine from Gassier, the 2024 Côtes Du Rhône shows more freshness and focus than the 2023 while holding onto a ripe, expressive character. Black raspberries, violets, sappy flowers, and pepper define the aromatics, and it's medium-bodied, focused, and polished on the palate, with integrated acidity and outstanding length. Based on 70% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, and 10% Syrah that was completely destemmed and aged in concrete, it's going to represent a terrific value.

Winery Notes

Based on Grenache Noir, a soft red with an expressive nose of dark fruits such as blackberry and blueberry, also a little chocolate and tobacco can be found, on the palate with silky tannins and warm southern fruit, very accessible and animating, in addition dense and full-bodied, in the long finish with a hint of violets.

Blend: 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah
