Vinous

The 2024 Riesling Bone Dry is the calling card of the estate. This was made from purchased and estate-grown fruit. It was vinified largely in stainless steel with a small portion of wood. A wonderfully understated nose unites yeast with fresh, crunchy apple and lemon aromas. The palate is beautifully compact with everything that you would want from a Riesling: vivid citrus, bright slenderness and a whole lot of verve. The finish does its name justice. (Bone-dry)

The wines of Reichsrat von Buhl impress with their precise and straightforward style - for us, the focus is primarily on the character of the respective sites. On the other hand, the Bone Dry wines, focus on the unaltered typicality of the grape variety: crystal-clear Riesling fruit and juicy Pinot Noir aromas all of which is vinified bone dry.
