91pts James Suckling
Lovely tropical and yellow fruit on the nose, such as pineapple, lychees and melon, as well as seashells and flowers. It’s fresh and gently saline with a medium to full body.
91pts Wilfred Wong
The 2023 Cantine San Marzano Edda, a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Muscat, presents a rich yellow hue and opens with aromas of dried earth, crushed stones, and a distinct mineral edge. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, offering tart citrus flavors that lead into a clean, dry finish. A graceful companion to Spigola al Sale, the Salento specialty of salt-baked sea bass, where delicate flavors and texture mirror the wine’s elegance and lift.

Pair with starters, first courses with fish, and cheese.
