Winemaker Notes

The 2022 has that juicy, fresh fruit of the Sauvignon Blanc without having to put up with the often grassy acidity. So you have the typical aromas of currant blossoms, nettle, elderberry and gooseberry. An incredibly juicy white wine on the palate, which already has a pleasantly smooth structure. And the finish is impressively long for the price! A beautifully juicy aperitif - perfect to start the evening. Or at noon at the Viktualienmarkt.

Color: Pale straw yellow.

Nose: Multi-layered, elegant with notes of gooseberry,
elderflower and light aromas of nettle and medlar.

Palate: Dry, crisp structure, mineral and juicy notes and
a pleasant, fresh acidity, with an inviting and stimulating finish.

Pairing suggestions: shellfish and crustaceans, sushi,
sashimi, smoked trout.
