Tasting Notes

Pale, shiny yellow in color, the aroma is pure and clean with loads of floral notes, white peaches, ripe golden grapes, and cantaloupe. The mouthfeel is vibrant with a wonderfully refreshing CO2 mousse. There is lovely acidity that is balanced by pure fruitiness and some residual sweetness. The finish is light and elegant and playful.

Spring in a Bottle is a perfect non-alcoholic choice to have a fun-filled evening, long lunch, afternoon entertaining at the pool or long multi-course dinner. It is also a perfect food companion. Ideal with soups, salads, spicy Asian dishes, pork, and fish. It can also be a perfect addition to making alcohol free cocktail or reducing the alcohol level in one of your classic mixes.
