There is a tropical expression of Sauvy B that is not always offered. This one is quite lively, with aromas of green guava, honeydew melon, citrus zest, and notes of green tea on the nose. The flavors are honeysuckle topped off with a dash of mineral and acidity to round off the dry, juicy finish.
