And it does so through a delicate new bird, the Common Redstart, which appears on the label to reiterate the company’s commitment to protecting and safeguarding the gifts of nature. Codirosso announces a surprising 2024 vintage for the freshness of the aromas, the aromatic richness and the soft and velvety tannins that make every sip balanced and enveloping.

Produced exclusively from native Sangiovese (90%) and Canaiolo (10%) grapes, respecting the purest tradition, without the addition of international varieties, Castellare’s Chianti Classico is an authentic and versatile wine that combines elegance and depth, perfect for accompanying moments of conviviality.

The Codirosso Comune is a small migrant at risk of extinction who has found its ideal habitat among the Castellare vineyards, thanks to environmentally friendly viticulture. Lonely e alert, it loves to observe the countryside and its surroundings from high positions, ready to quickly launch itself on its prey. Despite his distrustful nature, over the years it has learned to live with man and today it is also possible to meet him in urban parks, among the vineyards and vegetable gardens of the Tuscan countryside. Starting from this year, there is a QR Code that refers to the melodious song of the Codirosso: an invitation to discover a fragment of nature that accompanies every bottle of Castellare.
