A layered wine with spicy complexity, showing brioche, candied lemons, strawberries, butter and pie. Ripe apples. Medium-bodied, this has quite fine bubbles with great intensity and zesty, if not racy, acidity. Chewy on the palate with a polished finish. 60% chardonnay, 25% pinot noir and 15% pinot meunier. 7 g/L dosage. Drink now.

About the Winery

The former owner named his brand Champagne Jeeper in tribute to the Willys Jeep he acquired from the American military at the end of the Second World War, which allowed him to tour the vineyards in total tranquillity.

Champagne Jeeper, whose winery is located in Faverolles et Coëmy, a commune near Reims in the north-west of the Champagne region, today has a workforce of around 45 people. Distributed throughout France and abroad, Champagne Jeeper also has offices in the United States and Japan.
