92pts James Suckling
A delicate rosé with subtle strawberry and citrus aromas, redcurrants, walnuts and toasty depth. Intense yet fine bubbles. Chewy on the palate with a lot of substance, this has crisp, long acidity and a refined, complex finish. A blend of 88% chardonnay and 12% pinot noir. Drink or hold.
Tasting Notes
Sparkling pale rose. Fruity and floral (peaony, rose) on the nose. Delicate and fruity, supple and fresh with hints of red fruit (black cherry). A sweet pleasure with a subtle length and pronounced elegance.
A particularity feminine charm Champagne. This wine plays on sensuality with its fruity notes. Its impertinence as finesse will seduce you for your appetizers.
