Blanc du Milieu is the result of a selection from a 1.7 hectare plot of vines made up of the Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, also situated in the commune of Castillon-la-Bataille.

This has been produced with the specific aim of creating wines under the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux and the IGP Vin de Pays de l’Atlantique appellations and thus, while they widen the Angelus range of wines, it also contributes to the promotion of the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Vinified at our Chai Carillon, in a unique cellar, this cuvée enjoys the care and attention provided by a handful of passionately committed and dedicated vignerons who help endow them with the stature of great wines.
