Tasting Notes

Domaine Château La Coste's Pentes Douces red wine has a dark red colour with reddish highlights. On the nose, it is a complex wine with aromas of red and black fruit, sweet spices and garrigue. On the palate, it is a structured red wine with elegant, silky tannins.

This red wine from Provence is fruity, full-bodied and fleshy, with good length.

Food Pairings: Roast rack of lamb with garlic and thyme, Duck breast with cherries Beef bourguignon, Camembert cheese roasted with rosemary, or Wild boar stew with sweet potatoes.
