The nose is an explosion of fruit, with subtle and frank aromas. From white-fleshed fruits to exotic fruits, it opens up over the minutes. The palate is complex, saline, and very fresh.

Pair With: Select seafood, spicy Indian or exotic cuisine, young cheeses, sorbets.

Winemaker Notes

A cuvée full of finesse: aromas with notes of citrus fruit and garrigue. Airy on the palate. Its minerality gives it a distinctive freshness, enhanced by a salinity typical of the terroir.
