The nose is an explosion of fruit, with subtle and frank aromas. From white-fleshed fruits to exotic fruits, it opens up over the minutes. The palate is complex, saline, and very fresh.

Pair with select seafood, spicy Indian or exotic cuisine, young cheeses, and sorbets.
