The palate is medium-bodied, refreshing and elegant with plenty of lively red berries and warm plum flavors, with a soft texture and spicy finish.

The 2016 Connétable Talbot is a pleasant Saint-Julien to drink now and over the next few year. Sweet tobacco, dried herbs, leather and game add shades of nuance to this attractive second wine from Talbot.
