The 2020 Connetable de Talbot has a perfumed floral bouquet with rose petal and red berry fruit. The palate is nicely structured, to use Jean-Michel Laporte`s term, a Connetable that is more `serious` with a nicely proportioned, harmonious pencil shaving tinged finish. This should not require too much bottle age. Drink 2023-2029.
