Winemaker Notes

Made from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes subjected to a long maceration process, and a brief refining period in 30 hl durmast barrels. With its intense scent and palate of ripe fruit, this wine has a sweet and complex taste.

Pairing 

Excellent with very succulent first courses, as well as roast and braised meats. A great accompaniment with game, cheeses, and cured meats
